Mantonico Bianco

Description

Mantonico Bianco is a white Italian wine grape variety that is predominately grown in the Calabria region of southern Italy. Ampelographers believe that grape is of very old, likely Greek origins, as are many grapes in southern Italy. In the late 20th century, there was just over 1100 ha (2700 acres) planted.
