My Accounts is moving to martignettiexchange.com on January 26, 2023.


At 5:30pm on January 26, 2023, the My Accounts site will no longer be available as we begin the transition to our new e-commerce platform, Martignetti Exchange.  As a result, you will lose access to view invoices and to make payments until January, 30, 2023.    
 
What if I have already Scheduled Payments on My Accounts prior to the January 26, 2023, shutdown?
All previously scheduled payments made on My Accounts on or prior to the January 26 shutdown will be processed on the day you designated to make the payment.  However, payment history will not be visible on the new site.  All future online payments must be made on our new site beginning on January 30, 2023. 
 
What do I need to do to ensure that I am ready to make payments on the new site January 30, 2023? 
Be on the lookout for an email from Martignetti Exchange by January 30, 2023, asking you to:
 
  1. Click the Link in the Welcome email to Reset/Change your password.
  2. Log in to our new site, Martignetti Exchange (martignettiexchange.com)
  3. Access the My Account Section of the website
  4. Initially, you will only be able to make payments and view invoices. 
  5. Full site functionality is scheduled to launch March 2023.
 
Will I need to re-enter my Bank Account Information on the new site?
Yes, you will have to re-enter your Bank Account(s) on the new site.   To access the "My Account" section of the website, click "My Account" in the Navigation Bar Header at the top, then click "My Bank Accounts", then click "New Payment Account" and enter your account number and routing numbers and click "Save".  You can then begin making payments from “My Invoices”.

What if I am missing some of the Martignetti Accounts I currently make payments for?
We are making every effort to pre-assign you to all the Martignetti Accounts you currently view invoices or make payments for.  However, if you are missing an account on your My Invoices Page, please email us at customercare@martignetti.com and include your full name, the Account Name and Martignetti Customer # for the missing account(s) and we will notify you when you can log back in and see the additional account(s).
 
What if I do not receive the welcome email for the new site by January 31, 2023?
Please Email us at customercare@martignetti.com.   Include the following information in your email:
  • Your Full Name
  • Current My Accounts User Email
  • Martignetti Account #(s) and Account Name(s) you would like to represent and make payments for.
  
Will there be any consideration for the ABCC Posting Rules/Requirements during the transition?
No, legally per the ABCC Statutory requirement, there will be no adjustment to our current payment terms during the transition.  Please make sure that any payments due during the transition to the new site are either scheduled appropriately in My Accounts prior to January 26 or handled with your Sales Rep or your A/R Specialist prior to the January 31 due date or other dates around this period.

Not Currently a My Accounts User, but want to sign up to make payments on the new platform?
If you are not currently a Martignetti My Accounts user but wish to sign up to make online payments, please email customercare@martignetti.com.  Please include your full name, your account name, and Martignetti acct #.
