SBA announces loan portal reopen dates
The U.S. Small Business Administration, in consultation with the U.S. Treasury Department, will re-open the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan portal to PPP-eligible lenders:
  • Friday January 15, 2021 at 9AM ET - lenders with $1 billion or less in assets for First and Second Draw applications
  • Tuesday, January 19, 2021 to all participating PPP lenders to submit First and Second Draw loan applications to SBA.

Q. Has the Governor signed the cap on 3rd party delivery fees yet?
A). Not yet, the Governor has 10 days to review legislation before him. If /when he does sign the bill into law there will be some time before the law takes effect.

City of Boston application for 2021 Outdoor Dining Program
As a reminder, the online application for the 2021 Outdoor Dining Pilot Program is now live and the initial deadline for applications is next Monday, January 18th. Applications received by this deadline will receive a response no later than February 19, 2021. Applications can also be submitted after this date and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
