Third Party Delivery Cap Signed into Law – takes effect immediately
 
Summary:
  • Third party delivery fees capped at 15% until the termination of the Covid-19 emergency
  • Applies to establishments with less than 25 locations within Massachusetts
  •  A violation of this section shall be an unfair and deceptive trade practice in violation of chapter 93A
