Servicing the needs of our customers is our top priority; towards that objective we offer many distinct advantages. Dedicated customer service representatives are highly trained to answer questions accurately and efficiently, resolving any issues with impressive speed, offering extended hours during peak seasons. Our warehouse and logistics teams utilize the most advance technologies to order and receive products from around the world. They have the capacity to accurately pick and efficiently ship more than 200,000 cases to over 6500 customers weekly. Our in-house graphics and merchandising teams produce and execute world-class marketing materials to activate consumers at the point of purchase and through social media.

Martignetti sales divisions sponsor numerous by-invitation-only trade events and tastings throughout the year. This is an opportunity for the trade to meet the brand owner representatives and experience the many wines and spirits we sell from around the world. Many of our brands also participate in public consumer events as a means to give back to the community and to improve product awareness.

Community Involvement

At Martignetti Companies, we care about supporting our community. Our Community Involvement Committee works to identify causes that we can support as an organization. Each employee is able to volunteer a total of 8 hours per calendar year at one of the company sponsored events.

In 2018, employees at Martignetti Companies volunteered over 250 hours of time to support the City of Taunton Playground, Cystic Fibrosis, and the Daily Bread Soup Kitchen. We also participated in collections to include:

Holiday Toy Drive - Taunton Housing Authority

In 2019, Martignetti Companies looks forward to continuing this initiative by supporting additional volunteer events and philanthropic efforts.

Pan Mass Challenge

Team Martignetti has been riding the PMC for 11 years now. It originally started as a group of employees for the Martignetti companies who formed a cycling team for a charity effort. in 1998, we rode our first PMC as a team. The Martignetti Companies are the largest Wine and Spirits wholesaler in New England and you will see a reflection of that theme on our team uniforms. The team is comprised not only of a core group of Company employees who ride but also family, friends and business associates. We also have several employees who volunteered and many of our employees and suppliers who are team members by the financial support they provide for us.
