Supply Chain Administrator
Position Overview:
The role of Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for logging and tracking all logistics for which are responsible in terms of scheduling, reporting, and cost. The administrator will also work with the Compliance Coordinator in a support and auxiliary role.  In addition, the position will administer and communicate the top-level reports and measurements. 
 
Essential Job Functions:
  • Freight invoice entry
  • Daily entering of manifests and transit information from carriers including those manages by Cornerstone, Cobalt, Distrains, Unison, and Garden State.
  • Daily update of open order information to maintain visibility of purchase orders on behalf of the Inventory Managers
  • Weekly update of import information from carriers and from customs broker to include JFH, Gori, Bennett, and Albatrans.
  • Weekly update of transit information and communication to New Hampshire Inventory managers and warehouse on transfers
  • Freight claims filing
  • Manage Fast Track reporting
  • Backup to the Compliance and Logistics Coordinator, to include:
    • Manage label approvals through TTB website
    • COC requests
    • Work with Ship Compliant software to manage brand registrations and label approvals for Vision
    • Monthly gallonage reports
    • Understanding process to submit COLA waivers
  • Maintenance of specific reports
    • SKU Tracker
    • Inventory Aging Historical w / Graphs
    • VP Inventory Report / Financial Plan (DOS) Report / GL Inventories
    • Closeout Tracker / Inactive Margin Tracker / Closeout Repricing
 
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Experience in detailed data entry
 
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, SAP reporting tools, SQL programming, and web site maintenance.
 
 
Education/Experience/Training:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a business environment.
