Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing functions relating to staffing/recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.  Works alongside the Human Resources Manager to maintain strong partnerships throughout all levels of the organization and community.
 
Key Accountabilities:
  • Creates strong recruiting strategies, promotes relationships with universities & industry partners, and increases diversity candidate pool
  • Works with Marketing to create a strong presence for external partnerships, social media, and job postings
  • Coordinates talent management process from requisition to hire, including but not limited to partnering with hiring managers on overall strategies, maintaining job descriptions, posting jobs, conducting interviews, and developing pipelines
  • Maintains Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity)
  • Facilitates employee onboarding and conducts orientation
  • Creates, monitors and implements HR trainings
  • Assists HR Manager with employee relations and special projects

Education/Experience/Training:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 2-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Payroll/HRIS/ATS systems
