Regional Manager - Southwest
Drive sales, distribution, and brand growth of an independent wine & spirits portfolio in South West division.  Identify and service core markets, key accounts, and regional chains.   Establish broker and distributor relationships, working with local sales teams to drive sales, increase distribution, and build the brands in the portfolio.  Develop and execute strategic brand plans including price positioning, broker incentives, on and off premise programming, focus brands, and quarterly key performance indicators.  Set and achieve distribution and case sales goals by market and distributor.  Manage brand projects and tradeshows, budgeting, budget reconciliation, billing, inventory, and ordering. Perform on-going business and competitive analyses, provide findings and recommendations for corrective action where appropriate. Participate in ongoing brand training.

Sales Representative
This role is responsible for driving volume and profit growth in the assigned territory by utilizing a consultative selling approach and effectively supporting the accounts.  The Sales Representative will call on all assigned accounts on a weekly rotation basis, introduce new product lines as available, maintain strong customer service relationships, deliver product as needed and resolve any issues. 

Business Development Manager, United Division
Take a leading role in the attainment of sales and qualitative goals on Sazerac in the On or Off-Premise channel. Must work within the organizations’ selling divisions to maximize volume and profit. Ensure the visibility of Sazerac brands and the strategic coverage of all On or Off-premise accounts. Develop the on-premise selling team through Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and drive focused sales attention on the Sazerac portfolio in designated Key Accounts. Must work in conjunction with the Sazerac Sales team and the ULL Portfolio Manager.

Regional Manager - Midwest
Drive sales, distribution, and brand growth of an independent wine & spirits portfolio in Mid-West division (IL, MI, OH, WI, MN, IN, IA, NE, KY, ND).  Identify and service core markets, key accounts, and regional chains.   Establish broker and distributor relationships, working with local sales teams to drive sales, increase distribution, and build the brands in the portfolio.  Develop and execute strategic brand plans including price positioning, broker incentives, on and off premise programming, focus brands, and quarterly key performance indicators.  Set and achieve distribution and case sales goals by market and distributor.  Manage brand projects and tradeshows, budgeting, budget reconciliation, billing, inventory, and ordering. Perform on-going business and competitive analyses, provide findings and recommendations for corrective action where appropriate. Participate in ongoing brand training.
