At Martignetti Companies, we view our employees as our most valuable resource. As such, we take care in providing a comprehensive benefits package to our employees and their families. Benefits are effective 30 days from date of hire. To be eligible for company benefits employees must be full-time.

Our MEDICAL benefits are robust and include a large network of providers through the Blue Cross Blue Shield Network. The Company contributes to an individual health savings account to assist employees with any out of pocket healthcare expenses.  Our plan includes a fitness and weight loss program reimbursement on an annual basis to help keep our employees healthy and active.  

Our DENTAL insurance is a preferred provider plan, which means you have the freedom to choose any dentist from in or out of the network. We offer a strong plan that pays 100% of preventable services as well as Type II services.

Our VISION care provider, EyeMed, is one of the top two in the country, with standard copays for services with In-Network providers and possible reimbursements for services with Out-of-Network providers.

Your RETIREMENT plan is important to the Martignetti Companies. We show our commitment by offering a 401K plan administered by Empower. Employees are automatically enrolled and can contribute to a traditional or ROTH 401K. We offer a competitive match after one year of service. 

We provide LIFE insurance at no cost to you. 

We provide short and long-term DISABILITY insurance at no cost to you. Disability insurance is income protection should you become disabled and unable to work.

Our EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM is a completely confidential 24 hour a day, seven days a week resource for all employees and anyone living in their household. Martignetti recognizes that everyone can have challenging periods in their lives. Counselors are available to speak with you over the phone, or in person on issues ranging from parenting, stress management, alcohol and drug abuse, to legal and financial advice.

Additionally, we provide the ability to enroll in several voluntary benefits such as CRITICAL ILLNESS coverage, ACCIDENT COVERAGE, and SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE. These benefits are also available to an employee’s spouse and children through the convenience of payroll deductions.   

TIME OFF with pay is available to eligible employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation and personal pursuits. Martignetti provides employees with both earned time off, scheduled holidays and sick days. Vacation is accrued and is calculated based on years of service with the company.

You are entitled to EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS and can purchase our products at a discounted rate. Employees are also eligible for additional corporate discounts on mobile phone service through Verizon, Sprint and AT&T, as well as discounts to purchase Microsoft Office for personal home use.
