Overview

Red-brown earth with climate ranging from moderately warm to much cooler in the higher altitudes. Mostly known for red varietals, most of which is Shiraz, followed by Cabernet Sauvignon. Known for old Shiraz vines, 50-60 year-old vines are not uncommon, with some attaining 100 years and more.
